Where does the data come from?

Every building, plumbing, electrical and mechanical permit filed with Anne Arundel County. Permits are public records. We collect new filings every weekday and group them into companies using Maryland license numbers and the phone and email each company files with.

Can my reps call these contractors?

Yes. These are licensed businesses, and contacting them about your products is ordinary business-to-business sales.

Why do some names look odd?

Names come from the permit filing. Where the county record merges the license holder's name into the company name, we show it as filed. The full report also lists the people who pull permits for each company, so your rep knows who to ask for.
